About the Role
You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients — managing relationships, coordinating deliverables across internal teams, and making sure every client feels like they're our only client.
What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day communication with 6–10 client accounts
  • Run weekly or bi-weekly client calls and prepare meeting agendas

Performance Marketer

About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketer who doesn't just run ads — they understand them. You'll be responsible for setting up, managing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns across client accounts. Beyond execution, you'll be expected to read the data, identify what's working, and feed those insights back into the creative pipeline.
This is not a role for someone who sets campaigns and checks back weekly. We need someone who's in the account daily, thinking about why something is working, and pushing to find the next winner.
What You'll Do
  • Set up, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across multiple client and in-house accounts
  • Monitor performance daily — CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA — and make data-backed optimisations
  • Identify winning ad formats, hooks, and creative angles from live campaign data
  • Brief the creative team on what to produce next based on what the numbers are telling you
  • Scale winning campaigns while controlling CAC and maintaining efficiency
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
  • Prepare concise weekly performance reports for client and internal review
  • Stay current on Meta algorithm changes, new ad formats, and platform updates
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on Meta Ads experience (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns — not just set them up
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable reading dashboards and drawing conclusions
  • Understanding of the full funnel: creative → landing page → conversion
  • Ability to identify what hook or format is driving results and articulate why
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Events Manager

About the Role
We're looking for an Video Editor-Meta Ads whose primary skill is video editing for paid social ads. You'll be responsible for producing high volumes of video ad creatives across multiple client accounts — working from briefs that define the angle, hook, and structure, and turning them into finished, platform-ready ads quickly and consistently.
What You'll Do
  • Edit video ads from product footage, AI-generated assets, stock media, and raw clips
  • Produce multiple creative variations per product — different hooks, lengths, and formats
  • Incorporate captions, text overlays, sound design, and motion graphics into every video
  • Create static ad creatives (single image, carousel) as a secondary output when required
  • Use AI tools such as CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, and Kling to accelerate production
  • Deliver platform-ready exports for Meta placements — Reels, Stories, and Feed — at correct specs
  • Iterate quickly when briefs change based on performance data

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
  • Minimum 1 year of video editing experience in advertising, social media, or content creation
  • Strong sense of pacing, timing, and hook structure within short-form formats (15–60 seconds)
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Ability to produce static ad creatives using Canva or Adobe tools
  • Comfortable executing from a brief without needing to invent the direction yourself
  • Fast turnaround — you can produce quality work under time pressure
  • Understanding of what makes a paid ad work: strong open, clear message, fast delivery
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with AI video and image tools (Kling, ElevenLabs, Runway, CapCut AI)
  • Exposure to e-commerce ad formats — product demos, before/after, unboxing style
  • Familiarity with Roman Urdu captions for Pakistani audiences

Creative Strategist

About the Role
You'll sit at the intersection of marketing psychology and creative production. Your job is to figure out why customers buy, translate that into compelling ad concepts, and get the right content made — fast.
When you get assigned a brand, you start with research: understanding the customer, studying competitor ads, and identifying the strongest angles and offers to test. You'll then produce rough test ads yourself using AI tools and your phone to validate concepts before investing in full production. When something shows potential, you brief it out to freelance creators you manage, QA what comes back, and make sure only strong work goes live.
What You'll Do
  • Research target audiences, competitor ads, and market positioning for assigned brands
  • Develop ad angles, hooks, and offers to test across campaigns
  • Produce rough concept ads yourself using AI tools and your phone
  • Write clear creative briefs and manage freelancers to deliver on time and on brief
  • Review content submissions and approve, edit lightly, or redirect to our in-house editor
  • Track ad performance and feed learnings back into the next round of creative
What We're Looking For
  • Comfortable using AI tools for image and video generation — Nano Banana, GPT, Kling, VEO, Seedance
  • Proficient in Canva and CapCut for design and light editing
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and what makes people stop scrolling and buy
  • Ability to write clear, concise briefs that production teams can actually execute
  • Able to manage freelancers and get work delivered on time and to brief
